Dear DTAC I am a new user of DTAC and had just crossed over from AIS after been a loyal customer for AIS for almost 5 years. The reasons i moved over is I found the packages very attractive. However I am suprised as a new DTAC user and using my DTAC sim number to called DTAC 1678 customer service number I am billed 3 baht. Shouldn't be customer service line be toll free ? Can DTAC explained why DTAC user calling DTAC customer agent via 1678 should be charge 3 baht ?
