I read news about DTAC from the following source;
I am not sure whether DTAC is really aware of quality issue in high building. I contacted DTAC via email and also DTAC Application (Help & Feedback) for years. The last contact was last week via DTAC Application. Unfortunately, there is still NO any improvement of “Poor signal” and “Low speed of internet connection” at my locations.
I feedback to DTAC again about “Poor signal” and “Low speed of internet connection” at my locations in High Building below;
